Join me for a new class in the centre of Thame! I have been teaching yoga for just under five years and am so looking forward to teaching in my home town.

Hatha is a style of yoga where we focus on the breath and alignment of the body within the asanas (poses). We build strength, flexibility and deepen the breath.

This is a great class for people of all levels of yoga experience because different variations of poses are offered to allow you to meet yourself where you are right now.

You are welcome to borrow a mat from me and props (blocks and straps) are provided but do bring your own if you prefer. Wear something you can move in and I will see you on the mat! Stephanie

Join me for a monthly wind down! A perfect antidote to a busy week; an hour of Friday night Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.

~Yin Yoga involves staying low to the ground and holding poses for up to 5 minutes at a time, using lots of cushions and blankets to prop yourself up. It is deeply relaxing and can increase flexibility.

~Yoga Nidra (or yogic sleep) is a form of guided meditation aimed at finding a state between waking and sleep. We remain conscious and are guided through visualisations and relaxation techniques whilst in a deep meditative state.

From this class, expect deep stretching and slow movement combined with deep, guided breathing techniques followed by 10-15 minutes of guided Yoga Nidra.
