Hatha yoga is a style of yoga where we focus on the breath and the alignment within the asanas (poses), building flexibility and strength. This is a great class for most bodies because different variations of poses are offered to allow you to meet yourself where you are right now. Join me for a new class in the centre of Thame! I have been teaching yoga for just under five years and am so looking forward to teaching in my home town.

You are welcome to borrow a mat from me and props (blocks and straps) are provided but do bring your own if you prefer. Wear something you can move in and I will see you on the mat! Stephanie
