These Spring Sessions are all about awakening the body 🌿
We’ll move through a warming, breath-led flow, ease into grounding stretches, and finish with stillness and meditation.
🌸 All levels welcome — you choose your level of challenge
🌸 Bring a mat, water bottle, and maybe a friend (several mats & props are available to borrow)
Location: Above Butik Magnifik (Magnarps byaväg 240)
Feel free to arrive early and explore the store! Class is held on the second floor. Parking is limited (about 8 spaces), so carpooling or biking is encouraged. Please avoid parking along the country road.
Price: 180 SEK per class (pay via Swish at class)
