Description
A slow and steady but strong practice where you can really feel into the poses and ground yourself! We will hold poses for several breaths, building strength and awareness of the body! You could also call this class the "slow burn", and we'll aim to release stagnation in the body through breath and intention in the poses.
Enjoy a nice long savasana at the end!
