Join us for a deep healing practice of rest and recovery. This class will start by introducing Yin Yang Yoga and Yoga Nidra to you with the knowledge to fully embody and integrate these time-tested practices.

As we shift into active practice, we begin with Yin Yang yoga to concentrate the mind and stimulate circulation. Then we'll shift from activity to recovery with Yoga Nidra to fully recharge the mind and body for a deep sense of wholeness and well-being.
