This class combines slow, somatic Anahata yoga movements with restorative Yin yoga postures to release tension and increase awareness in specific body areas. Focus goes to Anahata inner practices, breath work, harmonizing tonal vibrations, stimulating the (ventral) vagus nerve for stress relief and activating heart coherence in the postures and movements. We end the practice with with a nice long 20 min nidra to integrate and strengthen the mind body connection.
