Doing anything with awareness to how you feel is yoga! In Joanne’s class you will practice self awareness while being physically challenged as you play with your edge. This class combines the strength and mobility in a vinyasa flow still set to music. Expect to move, sweat, and breathe.

Description

This class only occurs the 1st Tuesday of the month. It will allow you to slow down and be present. Deep stretching and long held yoga poses will loosen up and help connective tissue to release, allowing more flexibility into the body. While reducing stress and enhancing body awareness.
