Doing anything with awareness to how you feel is yoga! In Joanne’s class you will practice self awareness while being physically challenged as you play with your edge. This class combines the strength and mobility in a vinyasa flow still set to music. Expect to move, sweat, and breathe.

Description

This class is all about mobility and moving your body. 60 minute class
The class is designed to move your body safely and progressively in all directions gaining mobility in each thing we do. We will be warming up the joints and muscles, head to toe!
There will be light and shorter holding stretches throughout the class and we will end with 5 minutes of breathing in a restorative pose.
