In this Special Class, the calm and relaxing postures from Yin Yoga & Restorative Yoga are accompanied by the beautiful sounds of the harmonium and Reiki. Both Yin and Restorative yoga are forms of yoga where the poses are held for a long time. In Restorative Yoga, you use cushions, blankets and blocks to support the body. Through reiki, a form of energy transmission, blockages are released and energy can flow again. This is healing for body and mind. The harmonium creates a serene and meditative atmosphere. This workshop is for you if you are looking for deep relaxation and physical and mental peace.
