Anastazja Bralewska
With over a decade of exploration on the mat, Anastazja B. (Bralewska) brings a practice that is both deeply rooted and soulfully lived. After years of dedicated practice, she traveled to India to study at the source—a journey that fundamentally reshaped her teaching style.
Anastazja is a certified Hatha Yoga instructor, having mastered the classical wisdom of the Hatha Yoga Pradipika. Her teaching is uniquely shaped by her time spent in the ashrams of the Himalayan Iyengar Yoga Centre, where she immersed herself in the precision of the Iyengar tradition in both Dharamshala and Goa.
By weaving together structural alignment with authentic Indian tradition, Anastazja offers a practice that is as technically sound as it is transformative. Always evolving and expanding her craft, she shares these ancient roots through a modern lens, helping students find inner stillness and physical strength both on and off the mat.
