Anastazja Bralewska
With over a decade of exploration on the mat, Anastazja B. (Bralewska) brings a practice that is both deeply rooted and soulfully lived. After years of dedicated practice, she traveled to India to study at the source—a journey that fundamentally reshaped her teaching style.
Anastazja is a certified Hatha Yoga instructor, having mastered the classical wisdom of the Hatha Yoga Pradipika. Her teaching is uniquely shaped by her time spent in the ashrams of the Himalayan Iyengar Yoga Centre, where she immersed herself in the precision of the Iyengar tradition in both Dharamshala and Goa.
By weaving together structural alignment with authentic Indian tradition, Anastazja offers a practice that is as technically sound as it is transformative. Always evolving and expanding her craft, she shares these ancient roots through a modern lens, helping students find inner stillness and physical strength both on and off the mat.

Class in English, with guidance available in Portuguese. This Restorative Yoga class is designed to offer deep rest and conscious relaxation, making it suitable for all levels and especially supportive at the end of a busy week. Unlike more active styles of yoga, the practice focuses on stillness, gentle supported postures, and breath awareness, allowing the body and mind to fully unwind without muscular effort. Using props for complete support, you’ll remain in each posture for several minutes, creating space to release physical tension, calm the nervous system, and reconnect with a sense of ease and balance. Perfect for slowing down, letting go, and transitioning into the weekend feeling more grounded and restored.
