Soft Connected Breathwork

I love guiding people into their strength...the kind you feel in your muscles and the kind that rises from deep, connected breathing. With over ten years of experience teaching strength & conditioning group classes, I help you build fire in your body, while also inviting that beautiful softness that comes through breathwork. My focus is balance: the masculine spark of effort and the feminine flow of ease. In my classes you’ll experience both...embodied strength and the gentle openness that arrives when you truly listen to your breath. It’s that sweet dance between power and surrender. I’m happiest when I see someone drop fully from the head into their body and realize they can be strong and soft at the same time. Off the mat, you’ll usually find me enjoying good food (a lot), dancing at festivals, or enjoying time with family and friends.

Description

This gentle connected breathing session invites you into a safe space where everything you feel is welcome. We breathe in a continuous flow — without pauses — allowing the breath to open your body, calm your mind, and bring you fully into the present moment.

Connected breathing helps release stress and stored tension, supports nervous system regulation, and can bring emotional softness, clarity, and a deeper sense of inner connection. In this class we explore the practice on a soft and accessible level, so you can move at your own pace and feel fully supported.

Eat something small 1,5 hours before breathwork to optimally fuel your body.

Please note: Breathwork can touch deep layers. To keep the experience safe, participation is not recommended if you have:
– Epilepsy
– Current or past psychosis
– Severe heart conditions
– Uncontrolled high blood pressure
– Pregnancy
– Acute or unprocessed trauma (e.g. dissociation, flashbacks)
– Serious lung conditions or asthma with intense breathing
– Diagnosed bipolar disorder or borderline (unless stable and under guidance)
– Use of strong nervous system–affecting medication (e.g. benzodiazepines, antipsychotics)

If you’re unsure if this class is right for you, please consult your healthcare provider or speak with me beforehand.
Level: all levels welcome.
