My classes and workshops are mixture of fun, hard work and ultimate relaxation. I just LOVE teaching our Sunshine and Soul community! I’m passionate in my role as a trauma-informed practitioner and believe that practicing yoga & fitness massively helps with both mental and physical health. As an ex-dancer, my classes combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and banging playlists; focusing on the breath as the bridge between the mind, body and soul. I want to help you get strong, subtle and FEEL GOOD! I’m a mama to my amazing little girl and would love to share my passion for yoga and all of its benefits with other mums - hence the creation of ‘NOT JUST A MUM CLUB.’ Becoming a mama is life changing and tough and magical all rolled into one, so trust me when I say...I GET IT! Yoga is one of the tools that helps me come back home to myself and find a place of calm and connection; plus practising with my little angel really helps strengthen our bond...I cannot WAIT to share that with you too!

Join us for our FREE weekly run club: An active, healthy club for those who like to run, jog, walk, and improve their physical fitness.

Motivation, friendships, and speed improvement are just some of the benefits of training in a running club/group.

Wether you want to walk, job or run...come along to this community group then why not join us for yoga afterwards? :)
