My classes and workshops are mixture of fun, hard work and ultimate relaxation. I just LOVE teaching our Sunshine and Soul community!
Iām passionate in my role as a trauma-informed practitioner and believe that practicing yoga & fitness massively helps with both mental and physical health.
As an ex-dancer, my classes combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and banging playlists; focusing on the breath as the bridge between the mind, body and soul. I want to help you get strong, subtle and FEEL GOOD!
Iām a mama to my amazing little girl and would love to share my passion for yoga and all of its benefits with other mums - hence the creation of āNOT JUST A MUM CLUB.ā
Becoming a mama is life changing and tough and magical all rolled into one, so trust me when I say...I GET IT! Yoga is one of the tools that helps me come back home to myself and find a place of calm and connection; plus practising with my little angel really helps strengthen our bond...I cannot WAIT to share that with you too!
Description
NOT JUST A MUM CLUB are for mums who would love to begin or get back into fitness, but do not have time with their little ones to get to a class - now you can bring them with you and enjoy the class together!
You will move your body through various programmed exercises which will also help your mental health and get you out of the house to meet other mums and babies!
You will build strength, stretch and relax whilst taking some time JUST FOR YOU (because you deserve it mama!)
MAMA & ME YOGA CIRCLE is a mixture of connection, breathwork, stretching, strengthening and relaxation tailored to postpartum recovery. There is never any pressure to do anything and you can take it at your own pace
These classes are 45 minutes in length, followed by time to hang out afterward class for a chat with the other mamas and babas. (Ticket price includes a HOT coffee/tea)
Please know that NOT JUST A MUM CLUB is a safe, welcoming group where anything goes...crying, feeding, sleeping are most definitely welcome hereā¦and not just from the babiesš
Suitable for all levels & abilitiesā¦beginners welcomed. Children of all ages welcomed.

I first started my own Pilates journey around 3 years ago, I took a hot pilates class and it has been part of my life ever since.
I have always loved taking fitness classes, I find the feeling post class so rewarding. Feeling elevated both mentally and physically as well as that encouragement of being around other people and the buzz that brings.
Pilates offers variations of precise, controlled movements that strengthen and stabilise the body. Offering something for all fitness levels and form of exercise I feel caters for all capabilities.

Lucy Baby Massage
Before discovering baby massage & baby yoga 2 years ago, Lucy was a nursery practitioner and a part of the nursery management team. She worked with babies and young children for 8 years, mainly working with babies ages 6 weeks - 12 months. She loved everything about my job as a nursery practitioner, but chose to leave after having her son, so she could spend some time at home with him.Ā
She wanted something new to get stuck into and I knew she still wanted to have base a career around working with children, and with a bit of research she discovered baby massage and knew it would be something she would enjoy learning about. She loves that she can pass the skills onto other parents & babies!Ā
Due to her last job, she has a good understanding of babies development and has lots of experience in working alongside parents.Ā
She understands being a parent, though itās the greatest gift of all, can be challenging. She welcomes and encourages all parents to be completely themselves during classes, with no fear of judgment.Ā
In her spare time, Lucyās favourite way to spend her time is with her family, having day trips and time outdoors. She also enjoys dog walks in the sunshineĀ āļøĀ and craft activities such as diamond art!

Learn how to soothe and comfort your little ones through skin to skin touch and aid different areas of their development.
Practicing baby massage gives you some time to be in the moment and connect with your little one. We teach a full body massage during the class and explain the benefits of each and every stroke. Massage can help with parent & baby bonding, teething pain, colic, wind & digestion, body awareness, flexibility and muscle strength. Itās also a great opportunity for socialising and to become part of a supportive community.

I previously trained as a professional dancer and whilst in a Dance Company, I would do a whole company Pilates class each morning, where I found my love for Pilates!
I qualified as a Pilates instructor in 2021 and have been teaching for the past 3 years. I teach Mat and Small Equipment Pilates and am currently studying my Pre & Postnatal Pilates and Pilates for Common Orthopaedic Conditions.
I love to incorporate my knowledge of the body and muscle groups within my classes.

I know itās a cliche but yoga did in fact save my life! I found yoga in a time where my mental health was at an all time low.
What was a spark of curiosity ended up being totally life changing, to say the least.
My practice over time, lifted so much sadness and grief, helped me connect back to myself and rediscover joy.
Fast forward 4 years and im now a yoga teacher and breathwork facilitior- on a mission to help share the tools and messages Iāve learnt along the way, with others so that they might too find the same healing I did.
My classes show my love for movement, music, breathwork and strength building.
I guide playful yet powerful yoga classes that help you towards feeling better- inside and out. We move with intention and above all, joy. Honouring curiosity and growth yet moving at our own pace.
Rooted often in yogic Philisophy- weaving in the ancient wisdom of yoga itself to tap into our wellbeing on a deep level.

You will move your body through various programmed exercises which will also help your mental health and get you out of the house to meet other mums and babies!
You'll build strength, cardiovascular endurance and general fitness whilst taking some time JUST FOR YOU (because you deserve it mama!)
Pilates is a set of bodyweight exercises tailored to postpartum recovery. There is never any pressure to do anything and you can take it at your own pace
These classes are 45 minutes in length, followed by time to hang out afterward class for a chat with the other mamas and babas. (Ticket price includes a HOT coffee/tea)
Please know that NOT JUST A MUM CLUB is a safe, welcoming group where anything goes...crying, feeding, sleeping are most definitely welcome hereā¦and not just from the babiesš
Suitable for all levels & abilitiesā¦beginners welcomed. Children of all ages welcomed.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have given birth recently, please wait until your postnatal check with your GP to start exercise. General NHS advice is 6 weeks for a vaginal birth & 12 weeks for a C-section or birth with complications.
However there is NO RUSH; rest is extremely important after birth and into the fourth trimester...So depending on your birth I advise checking in with your intuition and beginning when you feel ready. (Speak to your midwife/health visitor/doctor if youāre unsure)

I previously trained as a professional dancer and whilst in a Dance Company, I would do a whole company Pilates class each morning, where I found my love for Pilates!
I qualified as a Pilates instructor in 2021 and have been teaching for the past 3 years. I teach Mat and Small Equipment Pilates and am currently studying my Pre & Postnatal Pilates and Pilates for Common Orthopaedic Conditions.
I love to incorporate my knowledge of the body and muscle groups within my classes.
