Hi, I'm Nikhita, a yoga and pilates teacher with a passion for movement, adventure, and all things wellness.
I have been practicing yoga for 5 years now, and I am completely addicted. The practice has helped me massively through tough times, in better understanding my body, and of course the physical benefits are a bonus.
I completed my 200 hour YTTC in India with training in both vinyasa and ashtanga. This was an incredible experience that taught me the importance of respecting and honouring the traditional roots of this practice.
With my background in dance, alongside both teaching yoga and pilates, I have a very comprehensive understanding around our body's capabilities for movement.
Especially in yoga there is no right or wrong, beginner or advanced…everyone is welcome.
My classes will be both nourishing for the mind and body, whilst still bringing the heat.
So, whether you're a seasoned yogi or completely new to the practice, try out this class to set you up for your weekend with a positive mindset and an energised body.
When I am not on my mat or teaching, I am making coffees for the lovely clients at Align and Reform's health bar. Travelling is a big passion of mine (my aim is to reach 40 countries by the time I finish my 20s). I am also always doing random 'sidequests', whether that's running half marathons, surfing, learning Spanish, or taking salsa classes.
I always think life is there to be lived, so just live in the moment and trust the process!
