About Susannah White Yoga
Hi - I’m Susie. A yoga teacher with a deep belief in the power of yoga to support your long term health and wellbeing. Yoga is about so much more than simply stretching – it’s a way of reconnecting with yourself and the world around you. It brings ease to the body, space to the mind, and presence in everyday life. In a world that can sometimes feel overwhelming, it can help to bring a sense of peace.
Through yoga, meditation and mindfulness, I offer space for you to feel at home in your body and mind. My teaching is down-to-earth, friendly and rooted in the idea that yoga is for everybody - and every body. I like to empower people to move out of their comfort zones, because let’s be honest, that’s where real change happens! There will always be an element of challenge in my classes but I will teach at your pace.
So… whether you are arriving at yoga wanting to touch your toes, or are seeking stress-relief and a sense of calm, let me be your guide.
