In the Breathe, Flow, & Meditate class you can expect a combination of poses for strength and stability, as well as poses to cultivate ease and relaxation. Jamie combines vinyasa flow with alignment-based holds, allowing for ample time to connect with the body and the breath. One participant has said, "Jamie's classes are strength building in body and spirit, not necessarily through difficult poses, but through staying in a pose and noting how our minds challenge us to get out when it becomes uncomfortable. By encouraging us to stay with it through our breathing, it becomes apparent that while difficult or uncomfortable, we have the tools to stay....and breathe....and watch the transformation." Each class will end with a restful integration period (savasana) and some seated meditation. Leave class feeling stronger in body, mind, and spirit!

There is free parking in our lot after 5pm weekdays .
