Sarah infuses her years of experience as a trauma-informed occupational therapist with the practice of Yoga to share the gift of movement, connection, and healing. Her passion for sharing healing wisdom and holding nurturing space leaves an open invitation to explore a path of awareness and mindful movement. Her classes are grounded in knowledge of movement patterns, anatomy, neuroscience, and the subtle body. She brings together somatics, primary movement patterns, and Yoga traditions to support integrating movement, breath, embodiment, and mindfulness in an interactive and playful style. Sarah teaches Therapeutic Yoga and Vinyasa classes.

Description

A practice weaving therapeutic modalities and principles of yoga together. Each class will target an area of the body and/or pattern of movement. Explore functional movement, myofascial release, breath work, integrative movement patterns, and embodiment practices that support you on an energetic and physical level. Great for those recovering from injury, looking to build body awareness, improve quality and integrity of movement, and support mental health and healing.
