Join some of your favorite local instructors on the Eis Haus Lawn for outdoor yoga on the mountain. Connect to your breath, explore balance, strengthen and stretch. Start your day out with self care.
If you have your own mat and props, please bring them. We have a limited supply to share. All levels welcome, no experience necessary.
