Description
Winter is a time for inward reflection and hibernation, yet we must remain active to support the immune system and circulation to stay warm and healthy. The practice is regenerative, energizing and uplifting. We’ll do floor work to stimulate the lymph system and hydrate the tissues, standing postures for strength and energy, and supported inversions for deep nourishment and nervous system reset. Suitable for all levels.
