Description

As we transition from summer to winter through the liminal season of autumn this yoga practice will keep us grounded through the changes. We focus on lubricating joints and connective tissues with fluid floor work (SATYA), stabilizing standing poses, and supported inversions and pranayama to bolster the immune system. Autumn is a time of harvest and reflection and this class supports gathering inward and finding comfort in the silence. Options available for all levels.
