Description

Springtime encourages moving stagnation from our winter hibernation in support of new growth, fresh ideas and possibility. The practice starts with lubricating joint space and hydrating connective tissue with SATYA floor work, and continues with standing poses for strength and stamina. Supported back arching and inversions open the lungs and heart for renewal and vitalization. Suitable for all levels. Class recording will be available for 7 days to all who register. (All class times listed Taos, NM time: MDT)
