I offer a safe and inclusive space to practice Yoga for EveryBODY. I offer Hatha style slow-flow mat-based Yoga classes, with adaptations to make the practice accessible for different levels of ability. Come to my classes to connect with the present moment and nourish your bodies and souls with gentle movements coupled with pranayama, meditation, chanting and Yoga philosophy. Yoga helps to restore wellbeing, support the nervous system, improve joint health and mobility, and promote spiritual growth.

Gentle Hatha Flow

In a culture obsessed with overcommitment, these yoga classes offer the space to truly pause and move inward through an integrated practice of mat and chair variations making these truly accessible for everyBODY. The classes infuse together asana, meditation, pranayama, mantra, mudra, and savasana to meet you where you are. The practice includes chair based, mat based, seated, lying, twisting or standing poses. Variations with props (chair, wall and blocks) will be offered. The classes are guided for you to feel good in your body. Let’s stand against the performance culture and practice feeling free in our mind and body. ✨
