I offer a safe and inclusive space to practice Yoga for EveryBODY. I offer Hatha style slow-flow mat-based Yoga classes, with adaptations to make the practice accessible for different levels of ability. Come to my classes to connect with the present moment and nourish your bodies and souls with gentle movements coupled with pranayama, meditation, chanting and Yoga philosophy. Yoga helps to restore wellbeing, support the nervous system, improve joint health and mobility, and promote spiritual growth.

Description

Series 2 – a three-class mat-based Surya Namaskar series.
When: Fridays, 8:15 am - 9am (UK time). May 17, 24 and 31

Join Charmaine for two Surya Namaskar/Sun Salutation series dedicated to honouring the sun and the light within us as we transition into Spring. Over the course of these two series, you'll immerse yourself in this breath and movement flow sequence, reaping its profound spiritual and physical benefits. Experience the lengthening and strengthening of key muscle groups while harmonizing the flow of prana/energy throughout your entire body.

The classes will integrate pranayama and mantra as well as a diving into the rich history and benefits of this ancient practice.
