Welcome to our community and to the Soul Sanctuary. This is a place for Yoga, EFT, Energy Medicine, Sound Healing, Massage, and Reiki.

Join us on this Spiritually Energetic immersion into the world of awareness, sound, and infinite possibilities.
Your Guide will encourage the group through simple, but effective, energy healing sequences that prepare the body and mind for deeper relaxation; and then help you find comfort sitting or laying for the extended Sound Journey.
Don't worry if calming your mind doesn't come easy. The Crystal bowl Vibrations in combination with hypnotic language will help you get into that space between awake and asleep; where we experience alternate feelings, ideas, and dimensions of our mind-body.
Note: On the Fourth Sunday of Every Month, this class runs from 1-3 as a Community Circle and Social. Pat & Tekla will both be on location during the social to double your experience of the Crystal Bowls and Reiki.
