Personal One-on-One Session are custom sequenced for each student/client. Session are 75-90 minutes long; but can be shortened when needed.
The YOurGA system guides EFT, Meditation, Breath, Hypnosis, Movement, Sound and REIKI, in combination that is customized for your personal needs.
