Welcome to our community and to the Soul Sanctuary. This is a place for Yoga, EFT, Energy Medicine, Sound Healing, Massage, and Reiki.
Description
Personal One-on-One Session are custom sequenced for each student/client.
Hypno-Reiki Session are 45 minutes long. These sessions are $65.
The YOurGA system guides EFT, Meditation, Breath, Soma, Hypnosis, Movement, Sound and REIKI, in combination that is customized for your personal needs.
Your personal practice of these subtle energy modalities can help eleviate emotional and phsycal pain, assist in working through emotional trauma or habitual thoughts/actions, can reduce stress, encourage sleep, and can help navigate a clear pathway forward.
