Description
Personal One-on-One Session are custom sequenced for each student/client. Session are 60-90 minutes long; but can be shortened when needed.
The YOurGA system guides EFT, Meditation, Breath, Soma, Hypnosis, Movement, Sound and REIKI, in combination that is customized for your personal needs.
Your personal practice of these subtle energy modalities can help eleviate emotional and physical pain, assist in working through emotional trauma or habitual thought/actions, can reduce stress, encourage sleep, and can help navigate a clear pathway forward
