YOurGA Class with TEKLA is an Immersion of therapeutic experiences in specific ways. You’ll feel the relief and change as you move through series of guided breathwork, movements, meditation, and EFT. Energy Medicine techniques and hypnotic language are sprinkled throughout to amplify this practice.
