SOUNDBATH JOURNEY (Every Other Sunday Eve)
Meditative words, sound, and movement will help you reap the benefits of this practice. Your faciliatator will guide you through practices that can remind your mind and body what it feels like to Be in Relief.The hypnotic soundbowls and meditation journey take you as deep as you allow.
YIN JOURNEY (Every Other Sunday Eve)
In this group class we will travel through the 5 Dimensions of Yin that hold the power to tap into the nuances of this enlightening practice. You may be introduced to some elements that you have never paired with Yin before or elements that often go unnoticed. Enjoy the ride. Postures in this class are supported with props and held for extended periods of time; with focus on relieving tension and trapped emotion it the tendons and joints.
Pair these two experiences witha Yoga Immersion Class to empower your muscles and brain in new ways!
