YOurGA with TEKLA is an Immersion of scientifically proven techniques in specific ways. You’ll feel the relief and change as you move through series of guided systems focused on healing Physical, Mental, Energetic, Emotional, and Spiritual disruption’s.
Sessions may include, Yoga, Energy Medicine Patterning, Hypnosis, EFT, Reiki, and Sound Healing.
