his 75 minute journey entails gentle movement and energy medicine techniques to set and reset our mind and body into a state of relief.
The vibrational frequencies of sound healing instruments-like crystal bowls- have the ability to move through skin, fluid, and bones of the body, creating a full body relaxation and recalibration down to the level
of the cellular structure. The experience creates an environment of "resonance" within the body.
