Join us for this Full Moon Soundbath Journey. Gentle movement and energy medicine sequencing will prepare the mind body for deep relaxation and healing.
Your facilitators words will guide you into a new place of rest and rejuvenation as the Crystal bowls resonate throughout the space.
Our meditation Journey this week will take you through a process of letting go of patterns, beliefs, or habits that no longer serve you; Being in this space will allow your nervous system to rest, your mind to reprogram, something new.
Dress comfy. Bring water to drink.
Hint: You can place your glass containers of water near the bowls for restructuring and drink it after the experience.
