This is a 60- 90 Minute Journey with Facilitator Tekla of YOurGA. Immersive Movement, Energy Medicine, and Sound Healing for physical, mental, and emotional fitness. You may include Yoga, EFT, SoundBowls, Hypnosis, and/or Reiki in your Private Sessions. Welcome to our Soul Sanctuary
