Two Day Journey with Facilitator Tekla of YOurGA. Immersive Movement, Energy Medicine, and Sound Healing for physical, mental, and emotional fitness. You may include Yoga, EFT, SoundBowls, Hypnosis, and/or Reiki in your Private Sessions.
