Immersive Movement, Energy Medicine, and Soundhealing for Physical, Mental, and Emotional Fitness. This faciltor offers varitations for All Levels.
This session will move participants through a short series of movement that prepares the mind-body for deep rest. To follow, the group will get comfortable sitting or laying on the floor for guided meditation with Sound Bowls and Energy Healing.
