Immersive Movement, Energy Medicine, and SoundHealing for Physical and Emotional Fitness. Group Sessions offer personalized sequencing for every body from Coach Tekla. Class finishes with a long Soundbath Savasana. 15-20 minutes of Movement. 45 minute Soundbath Meditation.
