Immersive Movement, Energy Medicine, and SoundHealing for Physical and Emotional Fitness. Group Sessions offer personalized sequencing for every body from Coach Tekla. Class begins with sequencing for the subtle energy body, moves into a practice of YIN postures for mobility and pain relief and finishes with a long Soundbath Savasana. 70 minutes of Movement.20 minute Soundbath Meditation.
