Let’s come together for a special Yin Yoga full moon ritual on Friday the 5th May at 7pm.
The Moon is a powerful teacher and the Full Moon is the perfect time to harness her wisdom.
The 1.5 hour session will combine Yin Yoga and journaling to set intentions, release negative patterns and make space for new possibilities in our life.
