If your body is craving **movement, strength and a little more energy**, this is for you.
My beginner-friendly Vinyasa classes are designed to help you feel **stronger, fitter and more confident** in a friendly, relaxed environment.
No pressure.
No judgement.
No intimidating yoga-studio vibes.

✨ Open to **all adults, 18+**
**£50 for the full 6 weeks, early bird**
or **£10 per class**
Yoga equipment is provided, so you can simply turn up and get moving. 💛
* Payment made for single class passes are strictly NON-refundable.
* The cancellation window for this class ends 48 hours before the class starts.
* If cancelled within the permissible window then Yogis will receive a credit which can be used towards booking onto another event in the future.
