Soph’s yoga journey began in 2018 and she’s been a dedicated student ever since. With a background in Ashtanga and Rocket yoga, her classes are dynamic, challenging, and infused with playful energy.
Specialising in inversions and arm balances, Soph teaches from the ground up — cueing with precision to help students build strength, awareness, and confidence in every layer of their practice.
She believes that through movement and repetition, we transcend the limits of the body and unlock our strongest, most empowered selves.
Description
Slow down, unwind and reset with this nourishing Rocket-inspired workshop — the perfect way to melt away the end-of-year tension and step into 2026 feeling grounded, warm and clear.
This 1 hour 30 minute session blends slowed-down Rocket flow with deep stretching, mindful breathwork and a restorative pace your winter body will thank you for. Expect heat, softness and space to reconnect with yourself after the Christmas rush.
We’ll close with a deeply restful Savasana, designed to recharge your whole system from the inside out.
What to expect:
