Vicki has practiced yoga for over 10 years and in 2022 finally worked up the courage to complete her 200 hour YTT so that she could share her joy of yoga with others. Vicki enjoys different styles of yoga and the benefits it can give the body and mind. She is also additionally trained in Yin, Restorative, Aerial and Children's yoga.

Foundations of Yoga is a beginner-friendly class designed to build confidence and understanding in the core elements of yoga. Perfect for those new to yoga or seeking a refresh, this class focuses on fundamental postures, proper alignment, and essential breathwork techniques.

With a gentle pace and clear guidance, you’ll learn how to move mindfully, explore modifications to suit your body, and develop a solid base for your yoga practice. This supportive environment encourages questions and curiosity, ensuring you leave with the tools to practice safely and effectively, both in class and at home.
