Harriet has been a student of yoga since the age of 12 and always seeks out yoga in any country she travels too. Harriet is also qualified in YIN & Reiki.

At The Orchard Studios, our Mum & Baby Yoga class is a nurturing and supportive space designed to help new mothers reconnect with their bodies while bonding with their little ones.

What to Expect:
• Gentle Postnatal Yoga – Movement is tailored to support postpartum recovery, focusing on core engagement, pelvic floor health, and relieving tension in the shoulders and back from feeding and carrying your baby.
• Breathwork & Relaxation – Guided breathwork promotes calmness, reduces stress, and supports emotional well-being during this transitional period.
• Community & Support – A welcoming space to meet other new mums, share experiences, and build a sense of connection.

Classes are relaxed and baby-led—whether your little one needs feeding, changing, or cuddling, you’re encouraged to follow their needs without pressure. It’s about creating a peaceful, nourishing experience for both of you.

Perfect for babies from six weeks to crawling, this class is open to all mums, whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your practice. Expect gentle movement, mindful breathing, and a warm, supportive environment where you can move, rest, and recharge.
