Description
Slow Flow Morning Yoga at The Orchard Studios
Ease into your day with our Slow Flow morning yoga class — a gentle, grounding practice designed for all abilities. Set in the peaceful surroundings of The Orchard Studios, this class invites you to awaken the body and calm the mind through mindful movement, breath awareness, and intentional pauses.
Expect a fluid yet unhurried sequence that links breath with movement, allowing space to explore each posture with presence. We begin with grounding breathwork and gentle stretches to awaken the spine, before moving into a slow-paced flow that supports strength, flexibility, and balance. Modifications and props are offered throughout, making this class accessible to beginners while still offering depth for experienced practitioners.
You’ll leave feeling refreshed, centered, and more connected — ready to embrace the rest of your day with ease. Whether you’re new to yoga or returning to your mat, Slow Flow provides the perfect space to move gently, breathe deeply, and reconnect within.
