Harriet is owner of the studio, her dream is to create a space that is calming & peaceful, a place of non judgement of ourselves and others, somewhere you can come to completely switch off.
Harriet has been a student of yoga since the age of 12 and always seeks out yoga in any country she travels too.
Harriet is also qualified in YIN & Reiki.

Join us for a progressive 4-week journey designed to safely and effectively guide you towards the front splits — regardless of where you're starting from.
This course combines flexibility training, strength-building drills, and mobility-focused flows to support your body in opening gradually and sustainably. Each session will target key muscle groups (hip flexors, hamstrings, glutes, quads) while also integrating breathwork and mindful movement to release tension and build body awareness.

— Weekly guided sessions building week-on-week
— Targeted stretches and active flexibility work
— Strength drills to support joint integrity and prevent injury
— Techniques to improve hip mobility and alignment
— Mindful breathwork and movement to release resistance
— A welcoming, supportive environment for all levels
Whether you're completely new to the splits or working to deepen an existing practice, this course will meet you where you are and support your goals with care and encouragement.
Leave feeling more open, empowered, and connected to your body’s potential.
All levels welcome. Modifications and props will be offered throughout.
