Harriet is owner of the studio, her dream is to create a space that is calming & peaceful, a place of non judgement of ourselves and others, somewhere you can come to completely switch off.
Harriet has been a student of yoga since the age of 12 and always seeks out yoga in any country she travels too.
Harriet is also qualified in YIN & Reiki.

A gentle and accessible practice designed for all bodies, all ages, and all levels of mobility.
In this class, we’ll use the support of a chair to explore simple stretches, mindful movement, and guided breathwork. Perfect for those who prefer a slower pace, are recovering from injury, or simply want to move with more ease and confidence.
Each session focuses on improving flexibility, balance, and circulation while calming the mind and uplifting the spirit. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and more connected to your body.
