Harriet is owner of the studio, her dream is to create a space that is calming & peaceful, a place of non judgement of ourselves and others, somewhere you can come to completely switch off. Harriet has been a student of yoga since the age of 12 and always seeks out yoga in any country she travels too. Harriet is also qualified in YIN & Reiki.

This class invites you to slow down and connect deeply with your body and breath. Through a sequence of mindful, fluid postures, we focus on building strength, flexibility, and presence — without rush or pressure.
Each movement is guided by the breath, allowing you to explore alignment and awareness at your own pace. The practice finishes with grounding relaxation to leave you feeling calm, centred, and rebalanced.
