This traditional Ashtanga series encourages mindfulness through repetition to cultivate willpower, confidence, and mind-body awareness. Start by tapping into your Ujjayi breathing and move through Surya A and B, then a standing and seated series. This is a 75-minute sequence that’s a great intro to the Ashtanga practice for both new and seasoned yogis.
10-15 min of the end is for deep meditation and relaxation.
