My Wake-Up Yoga features my own signature style. I designed the class back in 2018 specifically to help awaken the body and leave you feeling great in the morning.
It combines elements of both Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, with a longer warm-up sequence, a dynamic main flow, and deeper stretching. The practice concludes with breathwork and meditation to set a grounded and positive tone for the day.
