About The Sanctuary
The Sanctuary is a collaborative wellness center in Oswego, NY. We offer Reiki, yoga, and meditation. Whatever you're searching for, we're honored to hold space for your journey to wholeness.
Our yoga studio is located in the FIRST FLOOR. Mats and other props are available for your use-free of charge. Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and get the most of class.
The Reiki Room is located upstairs.
The Nest is our comfortable conversation area and also can be used as a waiting area for the private office and Reiki Room clients.
