About The Sanctuary
The Sanctuary is a collaborative wellness center in Oswego, NY. We offer Reiki, Yoga, Pilates and Meditation. Whatever you're searching for, we're honored to hold space for your journey to wholeness.
Our studio is located in the FIRST FLOOR. Mats and other props are available for your use-free of charge. Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and get the most of class.
The Nest is a short-term rental property upstairs that we sometimes use as community gathering space and private Reiki sessions.
